Eligibility Criteria

  • B.E, B. Tech – All Branches and Integrated Dual Degree Program BE+ME or BTech +MTech, BE/ BTech + M.Sc – 2025
  • No cut off on CGPA in engineering at the time of the recruitment process and during onboarding.
  • No active backlogs. No active backlogs till 5th semester for UG and till 7th semester for integrated degree during application and no backlogs in all semesters during onboarding.
  • You should have completed your relevant degree (eligible for this job role), in the stipulated duration of the degree. Hence, there should be no gaps during your degree. Eg: You must complete your B.Tech in 4 years or M.Tech/MSc in 2 years.
  • Students who have worked with Accenture before (if any) must disclose the details to the Accenture team at the time of application.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in India either by citizenship/ have relevant work permit documents. Please note that Bhutan and Nepal nationals can work in India without a need for obtaining a work visa. All other foreign nationals require valid and updated work visa or an Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) or Person of Indian Origin (PIO) card to work in India.
  • Candidate should not have more than 11 months of experience. Candidate should not have appeared for Accenture Recruitment assessment/interview process in the last three months
  • Your highest educational qualification only will be considered
  • You are willing to work in any Business Unit/Service line within the company.

Cognitive & Technical Assesment followed by Coding assesment,communication assesment and Interview.

  • Round 2:Coding Assesment
    ➥2Q In 45 Minutes
    ➥Elimination Round

Round 3: Communication Assesment
➥30 Minutes

In-depth technical interview with focus on programming and core subjects.

Roound 4: HR Interview
➥20 Minutes

Assess communication skills, motivation, and cultural fit.

Preparation Tips

  • Practice aptitude problems on indiabix.com (at the time, EduTechRR didn't have resources, but it may in the future). Additionally, solve coding problems on platforms like HackerRank, GeeksforGeeks, LeetCode, etc.
  • Revise basic programming concepts and data structures.
  • Focus on improving both verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarize yourself with Accenture’s values and culture.
