| Job Responsibilities: | Work closely with the product team on defining the product requirements Writing PRD’s and functional specifications for the Product features Providing walk throughs of the Product Feature/Documentation to internal business and engineering teams Obtaining feedback from clients, designers and developers and adjusting product specifications as needed Defect analysis, User Acceptance Testing (PO review) Validate requirements and assure compliance of the development outcomes with a customer’s business goals Coordinating with client teams & offshore teams Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve user experience Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
